Wii is the name of well popular game console which is developed by a manufacturer called Nintendo. Nowadays certain DVD-ROM drives are dedicatedly designed to take backups of Wii games. Choose a right drive with reasonable price. If the quality is not satisfactory, you may not accomplish the backup process perfectly. After completely reading the manufacturer’s manual, install the drive into your system. You are supposed to download certain software’s like WinRar, Raw dump 2.0 and net Framework 2.0.
Try to complete the installation of that software’s. Now this is the time to insert your Wii game to the drive. Then double click ‘Rampdump’ icon placed on your system’s desktop to start backup. Click ’start dump’ option for executing backup procedure. It may take some hours to complete the backup procedure. Relax until the process ends.
Another file will be created with “.ISO” extension with the name of the game in default. Check the file size by clicking properties and the size should equal to 4.37 GB exactly. If you find some deviation in the file size, you can understand that the backup procedure has to be done once again. For the safer side, take an empty CD and burn the ISO file. You can use Nero software to burn the dump file. The burning process may also take some time to complete. Be patient until the burning process completed. Then take out the CD and put it inside a CD pouch safely.
